The Logistic

In line with our quality system and best practices, IQM places keen emphasis on having an efficiently managed store, which results in a FIFO storage system and JIT system. Elements of these systems include proper labelling and taging for quick and error free identification. Also, we have a comprehensive and systematic racking system for ease of tracking and retrieval.

In-House Die and Mould Making Facilities

Tooling Division, which is equipped with EDM machine, Surface Grinding machine, CNC Lathe machine and Vertical Milling machine is able to design and fabricate in-house moulds and dies. Special design and mould/press capabilities can also be made according to orders using our IQM high-tech appliances and well-equipped factories which are supported by its highly skilled and trained staff.

Who We Are

Industrial Quality Management Sdn Bhd (IQM) (234436-K) was established in February 1992 with authorised capital of RM 8 millions. Since 1992, IQM has designed, manufactured and assembled high-quality plastic and metal components for local and regional automotive industry. Our products include Gear Shift Assy, Door Check Assy, Door Handle Assy, Latch Hood Assy, Assist Grip Assy and various other automotive components.

IQM’s major customers include Proton, Perodua (Automobile), Modenas (Motorbike) and Isuzu Hicom (Truck and Bus). IQM also supplies parts to other automotive vendors including Azman Hamzah Plastik Sdn. Bhd., Delloyd Industries Berhad, HICOM Teck See and Delphi Packard Electric (M) Sdn. Bhd. Our products continuously meet stringent certified international standards – currently ISO/TS 16949:2009.
